Resistance to chemical substances poses a particular challenge for reaction resin floors. The installed flooring should not be altered or penetrated by the effects of chemicals, neither technically nor optically. KLB offers corresponding systems that are checked by regular tests. Out of the available resistance lists, you can choose the one system that suits you best.

Many industrial and commercial areas require conductive coatings for personal and explosion protection. They are particularly relevant to safety in areas where, for example, flammable gases, dust, etc. are generated. Electrostatic charging (e.g. of industrial trucks due to friction between tyres and ground) produces sparks which can trigger explosions in such areas. Occupational safety is guaranteed by disspating these electrical charges through the correct floor covering.

Collection drains and rooms at HBV (production, treatment or processing facilities) and LAU installations (storage, filling and handling facilities) must be well sealed and equipped with tested coating systems in accordance with the Water Resources Act (WHG) Article 63. This category provides you with KLB products that are conform to exactly such requirements and also offer further properties – whether it be discharge capacity or high chemical resistance.
