UKCW London 2025 – Experience innovations in the building industry first hand.
Along with UKCW in Birmingham, it is one of the UK’s two largest construction shows, bringing together industry professionals to showcase new products, services and innovations while addressing today’s challenges. With over 18,000 visitors expected, the event attracts architects, engineers, contractors, building owners, and representatives from construction companies of all sizes.

The Build X section focuses on the latest developments in building products and technologies. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about current trends, take part in professional seminars and network with leading industry experts.
The event is also a platform for sharing best practice and promoting innovation in the construction industry.
One of the highlights of this year’s London show is the first-time collaboration with “Stone Show & Hard Surfaces”, which will present a wide range of natural stone and surface materials from all around the world. The programme will further be enhanced by a number of specialist exhibitions, including “Workwear & PPE Live by PCIAW®” (workwear and accessories), “HVAC+R” (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration) as well as “Onsite On Hire” (equipment and tool hire).
Geographically, construction activity in London and the South East of England remains concentrated around a network of large contractors, architects, small and medium-sized construction companies and housing associations. However, as a central hub, UKCW London also attracts participants from across the UK and beyond.
UKCW London 2025 promises to be a must-attend event for all professionals in the national and international construction industry, offering valuable insights into the latest developments and innovations.
