System description

The coating system O2 can be used in accordance with DIN 18534-5 Annex A for producing surfaces on floors and plinths of balconies, pergolas or loggias. The slip-resistance is achieved by scattering with coloured sand; the system KLB BALCONY DECOR PU Outdoor is equipped with increased static crack-bridging for up to – 20 °C / -4 °F. As an OS 11b coating system tested according to RiLi SIB, it is impermeable to liquids and resistant to concrete-damaging substances as well as many household chemicals. This efficiently protects the underlying building fabric against the penetration of substances that attack concrete or promote corrosion, and improves resistance to mechanical impact.
