    1. Top sealer KLB-SYSTEM POLYURETHAN PU 5000 RX
    2. Base coat KLB-SYSTEM POLYURETHAN PU 5000 RX, covered scattering with scattering component RX-Abstreukomponente
    3. Primer KLB-SYSTEM EPOXID EP 51 RAPID S, scattered with KLB quartz sand

    System description

    The coating system G6 complies with all requirements for rapid-setting coverings, especially for day or weekend building sites. Depending on the temperature, the floor is usable again after 2 – 6 hours. 

    Ideally, the system is applied on commercial and industrial surfaces with medium mechanical load. Main areas of application are production facilities, commercial sales rooms and other economic sectors where a slip-resistance of between R10 – R12 is required. G6 can also be used as coating on balconies, arcades, terraces and small surfaces for garages or traffic areas.

    Alternative systems: System K1 for traffic routes and areas exposed to high mechanical loads according to OS 8, System K2 for a higher crack-bridging according to OS 11a.
