Successful completion of our spring seminars 2024
Fundamental knowledge on coating materials and techniques in our KLB Academy seminars.
By attending our KLB Academy two-day seminars, both new and experienced installers in the coating industry were given the possibility to further deepen their expertise. Divided into basic and professional training courses, as well as special workshop days, we provided our customers with profound knowledge on the latest technologies and regulations over a series of seven sessions. The training consisted of a balanced mix of theory and practical content, focusing on the application of what has been taught.

Basic seminars
In our KLB Basic seminar, you learn all the necessary background information on the chemical composition of our coating materials, their general functionality and main areas of application. This seminar type is suitable for all newcomers or beginners in the application and processing of reactive resin coatings.
- Types, characteristics and preparation of substrates; suitable coating systems
- How to set-up and organise a construction site
- Particularities, build-ups and application of epoxy or polyurethane resin coatings
- Professional cleaning of commercially and industrially used surfaces
- Waterproofings, levelling layers and design coats using PU-based products
Professional workshops
The KLB Professional workshop provides experienced contractors, foremen, installers or other coating experts with more profound knowledge in special areas of coating technology. This format includes current market trends as well as new systems and products from the KLB range.
- Professional installation of car park coatings
- Overview of our hot water and chemical-resistant floor coatings under the new brand CHEMORESIN PU-BETON
- Regulations and certifications on environmental friendliness and sustainability
- Decorative and sustainable coating materials for commercial or private projects
- Non-slip, low-emission and decorative scattered floors
Specific and international courses
In one of the German seminars, the focus was on the professional installation of KLB coating systems for food processing areas and commercial kitchens.
For our international customers, we organised their own English-speaking export seminar.
