Components A and B are mixed within the practical packaging unit provided. Component B is added to component A in the sufficiently large spray bottle and then shaken vigorously. The filling of the crack with the mixed material is carried out generously and completely, so that the low-viscosity resin can penetrate well into the pores, cracks and capillaries.<\/p>\n<p>For bigger joints, <strong>KLB-Mischsand 5\/1<\/strong>, <strong>quartz sand 0.1\/0.3 mm<\/strong> or <strong>quartz sand 0.3\/0.8 mm<\/strong> can optionally be added to the mixture. When mixed with <strong>KLB-Mischsand 1<\/strong>, <strong>PU 1900<\/strong> can also be used as a rapid repair mortar for small areas.<\/p>\n<p>Excess material can be easily removed afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effectiveness and efficiency with one product<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After a short waiting time of 25 &#8211; 30 minutes after application, the product is completely cured. The result is a load-bearing bond with good adhesion.
