    In the fourth round of the competition “Career & Family” 2018 – 2020 of the district of Günzburg under the leadership of Regionalmarketing Günzburg GbR – Wirtschaft und Tourismus (RMG), companies and businesses were again rewarded for the solutions, commitment and creativity they contributed to support the compatibility of work and family life.

    On February 1st 2018, KLB Kötztal Lacke + Beschichtungen GmbH was awarded among 21 other laureates of the region in the ballroom of the county hospital in Günzburg. In view of demographic change, it is becoming increasingly important for companies to invest in the sustainable employability of their staff members by promoting a family-friendly culture, thus positioning themselves as attractive employers in times of shortage of skilled workers.
